CAD Drawings of diesel interiors

Hello all.

Does anyone know where I can get CAD drawings of cab interiors (control stands and such) and/or engine room interior parts; prime movers and generator and pumps and such?

I'd like to start producing these on my 3D printer (when it gets here) and then I can put them inside non-powered units. Maybe open some doors on the long hood or actually have lights in them for see through screen effects.
