Mine had a lurch in Odyssey mode and the pantographs would pop-up from the normal positon and look wrong. Others have mentioned these problems.

Can't speak to the pantograph issue, but I do not beleive any legacy locos have the Lurch issue. I know none of the legacy locos I've owned had it. And I'm pretty sure Oddessey 2 (which legacy locos have) was said to solve the lurch.
