The Made in Western Germany lettering was used a lot by different manufacturers. This lettering is an indication the train was made after the first years after WW 2. Before WW2 it would have been Made in Germany and the first years after it would have been Made in US Zone Germany. Those are EXACTLY the coaches I have!  Thanks!    But Styrofoam?  Really?    I didn't think they had that stuff back then.
