I have been fooling around for some type of software for that purpose for 6 months . Mostly because of my insurance company wanting inventory with pictures. I ordered Yard Boss on CD a month ago and could never get it to load and work properly. I will say the guy selling it was very nice and tried his best to help me , but, I could not get it to work. I just ordered another program ($19.95) out of Canada. It's called Model Train Collection Inventory Software CD. I will let you know about it when I receive it. There is a lot of info about this subject on the forum so maybe one of these more knowledgeable individuals will chime in here and fix both of us up.
