Chris, Sorry to read that and I apologize for your experience. We have only had our auctions running for a little over a year and the first six months was on a pretty small scale just testing it. I don't know the details of what went wrong, but I can assure your that is not our normal mode of operation and would love for you to give us another chance. Thanks.

After writing in three times to complain, I got one ridiculous explanation about insufficient number of bidders (no reserve auction ??) and never got a response at all to the other two emails. I have never bought another item from them, and I doubt I'll ever spend another dollar there ! Good luck
