Ken, the Welz pans are just ok. The hot set up for your E-60 is the pans from the Atlas AEM-7. I have done up a few and they work and look great. If you need a photo, let me know. That Atlas pan is the only one that is perfectly sprung for operating catenary. I was going to use them on my Alela before we got the word a Legacy Acela may be coming. I have a few sets of Welz Metroliners and run one live using the stock pans.
