These are produced by MTH. Items with the 11- prefix are part of the Lionel Corporation Tinplate "brand" through an agreement between MTH and Lionel that started when Jerry Calebrese was CEO of Lionel. Items with the 10- prefix are part of MTH's own Tinplate Traditions "brand".
