Another spectacular creation! But with all this urban growth, I'm worried about all those hungry cubical workers. Where are they going to eat lunch? Where's the Chinese carry out? The White Castle?

Thanks Peter!!!
Thank you Tom! The church to which you refer is actually two of the same model set back to back. They were made by "Noma" back in the 1950's - 60's.
Thanks John! The fire escapes are not complete yet on various buildings on the layout and so I am looking forward to finding what I need at this coming York. I certainly am no expert at the fire codes but I have found many pictures online of buildings well over 5 stories with outside fire escapes...but perhaps that was long ago..? Here is an example from a search on Google

Thanks Bob! No worries needed about feeding the workers...I have quite a few downtown fast food establishments. The "Humble Hotdog", "White Castle", "White Tower", etc. just to name a few..

If they throw rocks at the new building in your great city they deserve 7-14-21-28 years bad luck.
Nice work Alan!

Thanks.
I believe I'll try to round up a pair.
Tom...I got mine locally in a couple antique shops many years ago. Haven't seen any lately but they do come up on Ebay quite often...

Wow!!! How did I miss this one?
As usual, Alan your work is amazing and inspiring. Did you use glue to hold the mirrors to the dry wall corners and if so what kind?
Beautiful. Alan is the master. Our hobby is lucky he shares these great pictures. Well done.
Alan
Once again AMAZING work. Where do you find the space to keep adding these buildings??
Alan: Great work! Somehow, I, too, missed it the first time around. I truly can't tell were the mirrors begin and the real model ends. i also use a fairly small mirror on one wall, at the end of my downtown section and it "extends" the length of the downtown, but that's pretty much as far as I've gone.

Excellent work Alan.
Thanks Guys!
Pete....I used hot glue to adhere the dry wall corners to the mirrors and then ran a bead of hot glue along the inside corners. Only way to take this baby apart is with a hammer!...LOL!!
