amps to milliamps

I need help converting amps to milliamps,i have grain of wheat bulbs that draw .075 amps each i also have led lights that draw 20 milliamps each,my question is if you convert the.075 amps to milliamps what would the grain of wheat bulbs draw if measured in milliamps?,i have street lights already made up with the grain of wheat bulbs that iwould like to use on my layout,i am trying to avoid taking the street lights apart & putting in led bulbs,just lazyiness on my part.
