I just started the digital subscription and downloaded the Android App onto my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8 inch with Android 6.0.1 installed. I can read online content fine. I can play videos that are part the magazine. The problem is when I download an issue and view it offline it shows blank white pages.
Has anyone seen this and how were you able to fix it?

What does that mean? Are all the pages blank or just some of them? If so, which pages come up blank?
The download is a PDF file, so there's nothing unusual there.

The entire issue that is being viewed is blank/white. It is strange since the online viewing is ok. Where is the file stored on the device? I can try opening it with a PDF viewer.

I don't know where an Android device stores PDF files. I don't have any Android devices.
I would uninstall and reinstall the app.
