Like your attitude and customer service Ken, very honorable of you to personally back the products you sell. However, since O-Line Reproductions is a one time occurence and likely when the stock you have is sold there will be no more then what will happen if an item stops working within your thirty day period and it's not ecomically feasible for you to repair it considering it's initial low cost and you have no replacement units in stock? Will you give a full credit card or cash refund dependent on initial form of payment or a store credit?

After talking with the distributor I purchased the product from.  I have to decided to give everyone who purchases O Line Reproduction products from us a 6 month warranty from their date of purchase.  Feel free to mention my name Ken Jr. and this conversation and they will all be more than happy to help.  I purchased over 8 pallets of merchandise so exchange for the same product will be the most likely scenario.  I also have a good o gauge mechanic that knows his stuff.  If your product works the first 2 weeks, the chances of the product not working for the next couple of months would be a very small margin.  Stuff happens no doubt about it and that is why I have been on the phone trying working with our distributor to provide a fair scenario for everyone.  Most of these products are verry affordable and are at prices that are very hard to come by since the manufacturing cost in China has risen dramatically.  I hope this answers your questions and hope you will take a chance on some of this great product.

Units include plugs to "lash-up"....I prefer the term "MU".  But all thoughts aside, such a connection is needed not just for the short diesels, but for passenger cars also.

This is probably just a batch that was ordered and perhaps held up with the Aristo bankruptcy.  RMT is business as usual with great service as witnessed by placing an order 2 weeks ago.
