Greetings All,

Well, I'm sure this horse has not only been beaten to death but into extinction as well (or should be).   I decided to replace the lighting system in my K-Line PRR Fleet of Modernism Passenger cars.  These are the shorter version of the aluminum cars.  Like everyone else, I got the LED strip light off of the bay and I built the power circuit from a design offered here on the forums.  Everything works just like it should (imagine my surprise) but I would like to have the lights inside the passenger cars a bit brighter than they are.  I'll post a picture of the power circuit but posting a picture of the light inside the passenger car proved to be a bit of a challenge so I didn't post one of the car.  Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Being retired (not rubbing it in) I've got a boat load of free time so I would rather build the power circuit rather than buy it (yeah, I'm cheap too).  Thanks in advance!

If you built the circuit as shown, add a 2nd 300 ohm resistor in parallel with the first.  This makes for a 150 ohm resistor which will double the brightness while still staying in the safe operating range of the circuit.  A 3rd 300 ohm resistor in parallel will triple the brightness.  Other resistor values can be tried too of course but I figure you probably have a few extra 300's lying around.
