yes one came out earlier this year in 1:50 scale MAde by Tonkin and it is 1:50 as compared to 1:53 for their other items:

I wouldn't really call them intermodal yard tractors... We call them yard goats. Hostlers.

I hate driving them.

Tonkin Replicas made them in the recent past. I found some diecast dealers listing them as 1:53 scale & others as 1:50 scale. I was planning on getting them but the details don’t seem sharp enough to command that high price. Perhaps I am spoiled by the amazing details on the TWH, Sword & Drake models & cannot accept anything less detailed.

I cut down the wheelbase on the Tonkin yard tractor I bought to make it look more like the one I drive at work.
