I came across this wall kit on that auction site. A starter wall panel system #50067 from the N scale architect. It seems the auction sites price is way more than the kit listed from the mfg.n scale architect. I have an inquiry if that price reflects multiple kits or not. It must be new. Anyone seen it before?

Had to "google" it. It's confusing to me.
N Scale Architect making O Scale kits? Why don't they simplify their name to Scale Architect?
And the pricing is very odd; all over the place. Makes me just want to forget about them and look elsewhere.
I bought this directly from them a few years ago when it first came out. It has a one page instruction sheet which isn't too clear. Apparently they don't make it anymore. I know there was an article in one of the O Scale magazines but I can't locate it at the moment. I need lots of brick buildings for my 30 x 60 layout where about 40% of the space is Baltimore.
Any help would be appreciated.
