One of the four-powered units F set lost it's mind and had to go for repair.

Called Atlas to ask about it (way out of warranty) and they said "send it in and we'll look it over".

Very shortly after sending it in a call from Atlas says "speed sensor failed - $35 to fix including shipping.

Gave the ok and was very surprised to see it back fixed and working great in about one week.

THAT is fantastic customer service by Atlas!!!

Thank you.

I had a Weaver's Model diesel which malfunctioned and I took it to a not so close hobby shop for repair.

Not only did the guy have it for a week without repairing it, but when I went back to pick it up, so that Weaver could repair it, the proprietor misplaced the box.

After about an hour, or so, he found the box and not apologizing, just said that he's been very busy.  Yeah!

Sent it to Weaver, out of warranty, $10.00 H.&S.to them, $25 for repair, free H.&S. back to me and it worked like a 'CHARM.'  All within four days.

Sad to see Weaver gone..

Ralph
