I think Mike has been using an iPad for his demos, but I honestly didn't notice his tablet when he was at Ready-to-Roll this past Saturday, the place was just too busy! I really wish I could have seen the demo, maybe we can get him to come back soon...

Unless cost is an overiding factor, an iOS device might be a better choice.

 

An iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch would allow you to use both the DCS App and also the Lionel iCab App and/or LCS App with Legacy, as well.

 

An Android device will not run either of the Lionel Legacy apps.

 

In my opinion, an iPad Mini is the perfect size for any of the aforementioned apps.
