Colorado modular group seeks like minded people who find nothing wrong with grown men running toy trains in circles for hours and hours.

We are the High Plains 3 Railers a modular group that has been around for close to 20 years. We get together a few times a year to bring the joy of toy trains to the public.

You may have seen us at local train shows, conventions, memorial services at L.C.C.A.and other special events.

In the past people have approached us asking when we would be set up next and could they join us. The problem was we did not know when or where we would be set up next.

The truth is we don't have a permanent home for this layout and it resides in an old van down by the river!  I'm happy to report we have plans to set up at maybe 3 events in the coming months. And welcome all who care to join us.

We are not a club we have no meetings. We have no president or a lame board of directors to answer to. You don't have to be a member of any club and we have no dues.

All we ask is a little help setting it all up and taken it down.   NO WORK-NO PLAY.

Bring your own trains your ideas and enthusiasm!

New to the hobby ? This is a great opportunity to learn skills to bring to your own layout. Learn from the mistakes we have already made.

If all this sounds good to you and your ready to have some fun on our plywood plains , drop old CHOO-CHOO MIKE a line at bcrr6787@yahoo.com

  Well behaved children always welcomed.

Next event Boulder Model Railroad Clubs Annual Train Show

December 11.12.13.14.  We plan on running all four days.
