Hey guys, I'm trying to resurrect a Rich Yoder 44-tonner that someone had taken apart, painted, and failed to put back together. The light board is no longer attached to any of the power leads coming from the trucks. I believe that this board when wired properly is supposed to send a current to only the headlight in the direction of travel (and may also limit voltage to the lights). So when wired properly, what should this look like? Thanks for the help!

So my problem is I have a blue and white wire going to each light, and I know they are supposed to be both connected to this electronic board, but they aren't. Then I have two extra blue wires, which I assume supplied power to the board. However i can't figure out where any of the wires connect to the board.

If I install DCC this board will be unnecessary, but I'd like to get it operating in original condition first!
