Probably, if they are similar to past Premiere offerings. We'll have to have a MTH Dealer chime in here to be certain.

For any of you dealers who happen to catch this, I'm interested in a set of the Santa Fe E6's and have an unusual trade if you might be interested. Check my profile for contact.

I have the C&O E8 PS3 ABA.  Both A units smoke at the same time and yes smoke comes from both stakes on each A unit.  CAUTION THOUGH, nothing in the manual that comes with the units tell you which stack on each A unit is the one you put the smoke fluid into.  I learned the hard way the front stack is the right one.  there is a channel under the roof between both stacks that allows the smoke to come out of both stacks.  If you put the smoke fluid into the wrong stack you will have smoke fluid all over the inside of the engine.   Otherwise, it is impressive.  Go for it.

After some research I do believe the PS 3.0 E-8's smoke from both stacks from the YouTube videos I searched.  It appears it is diverted to both stacks from one smoke unit.  As for the E-6 I am not sure if diverting smoke to 2 sets of 4 stacks from a single smoke unit would work as well.  I know the PS 3.0 Santa Fe Premier E-8's come in the chrome silver paint scheme but I am not sure if the Premier Santa Fe E6's do?  Given that, I am leaning towards the E-8's.

I have the MTH Premier Santa Fe E6 set with PS 3.0.  I had it out before Thanksgiving and here is what I can share.  First, they smoke very well, like most MTH engines.  If I remember correctly, there is a set of four smoke stacks toward the front of each A unit, and another set towards the back.  The front set on each A unit has a smoke unit.  The holes are small and it can be challenging getting the smoke fluid in without some sort of funnel/syringe.  However, once primed and warmed up, smoke with come out of all four holes.   The B unit does not contain a smoke unit.  IMHO, I love the looks of these units and wish there were two smoke units per A unit.  The sound a  details are great.  The biggest drawback is the trucks are not the newer type with the "idle" axel in the middle, they are the ones with the idle wheel set in the end toward the center of the unit.  It is not as noticeable on the track as some more modern diesels I have and the silver sides help because the wheel sets are black and disappear very well.  Here is a test run video I found on YouTube.  Not mine, take no credit for it.
