If you are referring to the portable ramp style,  I have not seen any.  I made my own "in track" one out of styrene (for scale wheels).  Been meaning to make a ramp one; looks straight forward but might need two different ones for scale v hi rail.  Hopefully, someone else knows a source.

Bill's Train Shop (BTS) has two versions: a standard rerailer (02037) and a batwing version (02038)  http://www.btsrr.com/btsdet01.htm

I used the batwing version on an American Models U25B because almost every photo I saw of that locomotive included one. One hangs from each side of the locomotive just above the rear truck, and the Great Northern painted theirs yellow.

I don't think we're talking about the same thing. I'm looking for the piece to put the cars on the track.

I don't know about a track section re-railer other than the original American Flyer track version, but if you are wanting something to help put locomotives and/or cars on the track, here is one I picked up a few years ago off of eBay. It works perfectly. I have used it with original Flyer, S-Helper and Flyonel Fastrack and it does the job. Just place it on the track, set the engine or car on it and slide it onto the track. You just have to make sure the track power is off since it is metal. I very rarely see them for sale, but they do come up on eBay occasionally. I bought a dozen or more at the time for our club members. I suspect you could make one fairly easily.
