Does BPC2 retain setting when all power to LCS and track turned off? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

With the BPC2, if you have a block powered up and then turn off ALL power to the layout--to the LCS and to the track--is the block supposed to be powered up or powered down when you restore power to the layout? I find that it's powered down, but I would prefer that it be powered up.

If you use the emergency stop to power down the layout or simply disconnect the power supply the BPC2 restarts with all blocks powered down. If you use the legacy Cab2 keypad (power down icon) the BPC2 will restart in your current block power configurations. This is what I have found using PW ZW and TPC 400's. Other configurations may differ.

After configuring the choice of TR or ACC and giving it an ID the next thing to do is to choose Restoring settings at Start up or not.

It's in the manual starting in page 15.
