Hello all,

I am working on upgrading a Weaver RS-3 to TMCC using a DC commander. I have noticed that the width of the carbody is so narrow it will likely touch or be very close to the heat sink on both sides. How hot does the heat sink potentially get? Is it enough to melt the shell?

It shouldn't be an issue, I've stuck them in similar locomotives and never seen an issue. If the heatsink is getting that hot, something is wrong.
