ERR DC commander problem.

first take a RC4L board from another and see what happens . then if same can you take a board from another engine and see. Wondering even thou you've done this many times could maybe a stray wire from one item be in another hole or touching bare wire to another and maybe causing your problem. 

I have in the past when had a problem completely take it out and redone it making sure each wire is tight together before replacing in the board. 

The other option is have the board checked by sending it back but call and talk to Ken first he may be able to help you over the phone as he has me.

Bill, I called ERR on Friday and talked to Ken.  The DC Commander is in the mail back to ERR for them to check it out.  Thanks for your help.

Glad to help. I use to sell ERR but when I gave up my retail license in S.C. that also ended that. I didn't say anything in here as Boxcar bill was already taking care of you all and I didn't want to step on his toes as he helped me out a lot of times also. He was great man sure do miss him.
