Hi all. I have a question about what to do with my only TMCC engine, a B&A 18042 Hudson. On my layout I run a Cab-1 and Command Base with a TPC 400. This works very well controlling my conventional and MTH PS2 engines. As for the Hudson, I don't really like having one oddball TMCC unit when all the others are controlled by varying track voltage.

Is there any way to remove the command function from this engine so that it "thinks" it should run in Conventional, while preserving forward/neutral/reverse functionality? I like how it runs with a traditional transformer. The sounds are quite good and I'd like to preserve them if possible. Maybe just disabling the antenna will do it?

Sorry if I've phrased this clumsily! And thanks for the advice.
