Frame to 248 prewar electric engine

I believe this is a frame to a 248 and what ever other engine that size. I do not know much about Prewar but knew this was. The main Plus to this frame is the only add on missing is one ladder so would be great for parts also if you need the ladders or the emblems. First picture shows the missing ladder
