 Use a piece of styrene as wide as the web of the rail. Thick enough so that it will fit tightly between the rails. Push it down till you reach the roadbed and secure it to that with thick CA or Goo. Trim and smooth to the height of the rail. The excess on the side doesn't matter. The roller won't contact it.

 The other option is just leave out the center rail or separate you blocks at a turnout. Just leaving out the center rail is probably good enough. The styrene just eliminates the rails never coming in contact with one another.
