Dave....the "glass" is made from a couple of rolls of metalized / plastic ....the kind you might find in a decorator or wall paper section of a store.  It has a brushed finish.  The floors are gold metal tape I found at Staples and the vertical window mullions are chrome metal tape from a local Walmart craft section.

I appreciate the interest and comments!  I had a couple of emails that asked about what the "framework" of the building was made from.  The basic shell is made from foam core and then the details have been layered on.  Unfortunately, I didn't think about taking construction photos as mentioned above...but while it is time consuming, getting the foil tapes straight is not as hard as it may appear.  Just a little tension (pulling of the tape) after securing it on one end results in a nice straight line for verticals as well as floors.

As always, your work is amazing. I'd enjoy just walking through a Michaels, Staples or Wal-Mart with you to see what everyday items catch your eye to be turned into such cool buildings. 

Maybe you can start a tour business!!!! . 

I really admire and enjoy your work.  I prefer mountains and rural scenes, so for me to enjoy it, it's got to be really great and you nail it, every time.  However, your title completely lead me in another direction.  lol!  It's from one of the KFC Gold commercials.  I look forward to your next creation.
