You will have to look far and wide to find a better bunch of guys than there. Their customer service is top notch.

Not only do they treat their customers like family, but they stand behind everything they sell, supporting the hoby to it's fullest.

As a Sr. Tech Support Engineer, we have corporate-issued smart phones to keep in constant contact with our customers, most of whom run 3 shifts.
To see this same level of support in this industry is fantastic!

I don't stop there as much as I really should (and they're only about a 15 minute drive from me!) but I also have to attest to how great they are. Took my Flyer S 350 Royal Blue there for an overhaul, as well as purchasing other things now and then from them, and not once was there a time I could think of where service and conversation was anything but excellent.
Truly a LHS that has successfully moved into the 21st Century, but kept the feel of classic shops in times past.
