There was discussion on these new offereings in the New Lionel catalog thread and possibly on the Scenic forum. Both of those combind can make an interesting factory if the windows are the same design.

Good question! To me.................it looks like a good factory building from the 1950's. This building does not get the prize for a 21st Century Engine Facility. Metal siding and metal side door would more closely represent a modern building!
