I have found that the team at my LHS, can solve most the issues. That I bring to their store.

Bert & Ulmer, will try to fix things as I wait. They have a large stock of parts and boards.

I also like going to Brasseur Electric Trains, a LHS for myself and a OGR Magazine & Forum Sponsors.

It is import to have a great LHS, near your train room. I have two........

The best part of seeing Bert & Ulmer, there is a White Castle Restaurant, across the street. It is a long drive to both of my LHS, locations. 75 Miles to Brassuer and 40 miles to my other LHS.

They both have a fair business plan for their O Gauge, customers. I never mail back to Lionel or MTH, until my local LHS, tells me they can not resolve this issue.

Good Luck, with this issue.

Cheers from the Detroit & Mackinac Railway

I have had an engine sitting in the repair que at MTH for 6 weeks. Has anyone had anything recently repaired by MTH? What kind of wait is normal? The engine was my 5 year olds Christmas present and he is getting antsy for its return.
