I got 2 add-on items for the PWC Canadian Pacific passenger set in an on-line auction that ended up being marked with Carail inventory tags. 

I don't imagine it's much more than a tidbit for conversation.  I'm not thinking the value on any of these is much more, unless maybe some personal friend of RK's wanted certain pieces due to a personal connection, but I suspect that's not a likely scenario.

I would agree with most comments here representing the "value" as more of a conversation piece than anything.   Certainly not worth any price premium "just because" it came from RK's collection.  In the mind of operators, the source of their locomotives and rolling stock plays a DISTANT second fiddle to the general enjoyment factor of just running the trains.  IMHO, of course.
