I paid my dues last month and today I received an email from Feepod saying my membership is cancelled.
Can anyone tell me what that is all about?

I also just got the same email. I initially thought it had to do with the credit card I used having expired on 4/30. I'd already gotten an updated card from the bank though, so thought no big deal. However, it appears it must be a little more complicated than just a standard card expiration.
Same here. The web site is commenting that it is not accepting any new premium memberships when I hunted on how to renew. Looks like some programming error.

I just received an email telling me I had a new password and what it was. But it doesn't work. And trying to reset it I get a message that my email (which is the account name) isn't in the records. Now I'm beginning to get aggravated and this is turning into a cluster.
I just checked my email and my subscription was cancelled and I have a new email from OGR about changing my password. Hacking going on?
I doubt it's hacking. I suspect something less sinister but just as aggravating - a change in backend service provider. And it's starting to stink something awful.
Contrary to what the confusing email said, your OGR Digital Subscription has NOT been cancelled. We are updating the OGR Digital Library, which meant moving your Digital Subscription from one computer to another. That cancellation email was not supposed to have been sent to you. Obviously we made a mistake and they got sent out.
You should have another email with the subject line "Important News About Your Digital Subscription!" which you should read.
