K B Klein if you want to do business on the web.  Ditto for Wig Wag Trains, N-Scale Supply and Brooklyn Locomotive Works.

Locally, you've got Esther's Hobby in Pittsburgh.  Not much of a web presence, but about the best stocked N gauge dealer I've ever seen.   Good people to do business with - worth the ~1 hour trip from Johnstown.

As far as Z gauge, that's tough.  Everyone I mentioned dabbles in it but I don't know of anyone who specializes.  At one point I was contemplating using a z-scale train to represent a g-scale train on my o-scale layout.

I stopped by The Train Room, in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, for the first time recently. For a small shop, they had a decent selection of O Gauge, and I picked up a few freight cars, but they had an even better selection of N and HO Gauge equipment. My one experience was great and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them.
