Installing EOT truck in MTH Premier Box Car | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have an EOT truck that I want to install on an MTH Premier Box Car. Problem is I'm not sure how to take the box car apart? There are "side" tabs with screws (2 on each side) that attach the box car top to the bottom. It looks like these need to be spread apart to get the bottom out. I'm concerned that I may break the box car top in the process and am wondering if I am missing some other approach to disassemble the car. Is there an exploded view of these box cars anywhere?

The tabs are holding the door guides in place. Take the screws out, gently loosen the door guides and push them out. The floor will come out easily, you swap the trucks, put it back together and your golden!!
