I appreciate the update, JR Junction.  This is the first I'm hearing June.  That makes our experience as follows:

December, 2014.

No.  Wait.  February, 2015.

No.  Wait.  March, 2015.

No.  Wait.  May, 2015.

No.  Wait.  June, 2015.

Does anyone know if these are even on the water?

If everything goes as planned, they are scheduled to be assembled this month.  This goes for all the variations and the extra add-on track too.  Don't be surprised if they actually ship early July because it is generally a month or so after they hit the water.

We are still taking pre-order reservations.  Each set is still $649.99 even after they are released and available in-stock!

Thank you!

This got me to thinking, I pre-ordered two of the mono-rail sets and I was wondering if I loose interest will I have any problem getting my deposit back?  I would think that if I cancelled before the first listed release date that would be on me, but what about the second, third, etc relese dates come and go.  At which point should I be able to just get my money back?  Just curious.

John.

In my opinion, never. A deposit is usually required to keep people from backing out of a transaction.   Why should your dealer be stuck with the merchandise? You signed up for the long haul when you pre-ordered. I would take delivery and then sell. Might even make a profit if it turns out to be a hot item.

If I were your dealer, I"d never take another pre-order from you.

...

And there are plenty of dealers out there who don't require a deposit.  So that would only be his dealer's loss to spite himself in the future.

I don't think anyone here is ADVOCATING order cancellation, but it happens occasionally.  Most times, folks are gonna buy something else anyway... perhaps even spending more money in the process.  No big deal.

I'm with Frank on this one.  Between what I've spent on product already delivered and product due between now and December, I'm not planning to reach for my wallet anytime soon.    This is something I passed on, but I hope folks who ordered one (or two) don't need to wait too much longer.

There are plenty of great dealers who do not require a deposit on a pre-order.   I ordered mine from JR Junction and I recommend for future purchases you do the same.   Only wish I was local to them so I could go to their store.

Hate to say it,  but my layout currently is on hold in a benchwork but no top state,  and probably will be so for a few months.   This means if the monorail arrives soon mine will sit in its box for awhile.   I hate doing that!
Thank you for your kind words Frank!  All our valued customers mean a great deal to us.
