You're welcome, Joe!

Hi Bill (Farmer) ---

I don't know what area you live in within reasonable driving distance to my home area - you can private email me regarding that - ( nyctransitmodeler@msn.com ) but I have and do welcome and accept "one at a time" visitors to the Layout to visit, photograph and operate it. Just need to set a day and date and thats all.  It happens more often that way than with groups visitors at one time ! Some guys brought their wifes / girlfriends when visiting !

We usually also go to lunch, eat and have a few beers or cocktails as part of the day's visit ! As one of my photos I posted shows - a group of us at a diner !

regards - !! Joe F

Hello ALL --

Well, my Open House Layout Tour for 2 days, Saturday & Sunday just past,  went very well and the entire O Scale EL & Trolley layout worked flawlessly.  Had quite a volume of visitors over those 2 days -- am still assembling and collecting my own photos from my Open House Layout event -- including photos my open house attendees are emailng me.  So I should have more to show with photos and reporting  in a few more days.  I was at the EPTC Show Friday 7:30 PM to near closing -  and it was pretty quiet with sparse attendance that day thru the evening.  Here is one photo so far ! NYC Railfan Giovanni Rescigno of Brooklyn NY holds one of my O-Scale scratchbuilt Third Ave Railway System streetcars.

I have been recovering the past 2 days from Saturday and Sunday open house event !

Regards - Joe F

Hello ALL ----

For those who expressed interest and good luck for my open house layout tour,

here are the first few of many more photos of attendee-visitors to my Open House Layout Tour during Saturday and Sunday,  May 16 and 17.  I had about 22 visitors !

John Telesca and his wife Ellen, and son Anton, and son's pal Giovanni (blonde long hair) arrived on Saturday and stayed 3 hours !  Visitors are identified in photo captions.  More photos of visitors will arrive on a later message.  A lot of fun, conversations, photos and videos taken, and operation of EL Trains and streetcars, and even some of the HO Scale Shelf Railroad Layout was operated.

Hay Joe this is Joe Cardism I haven't forgot about your invite this passed year ive been extremely busy but I was asking about you up on Allentown trolley meet this passed weekend. I definitely want to come out to see your layout and kick around some ideas with you and see what your thoughts are on them. Steve gave me your phone number so I will be in contact with you soon. He had to give it to me because I had missed placed your number when you gave it to me last year. I also wanted to say thank you again for all the support. I look forward of seeing soon ✌

Hello Joe  (C)

Sorry I didn't get to to Allentown EPTC Show --- long story but I had a lot to do to get the trains, layout and train room ready for visitors. In retrospect,  I wish I went to Allentown Meet and did not opt to host an open house day !

By the way,  TODAY, Thursday, 5/25/17 ---  I have a bunch of guys (many NYC Transit motormen and such)  coming down from NY and LI to visit the layout for the day -- be here about 10:30 to 11 AM.  If you are around and want to come over (you reside in Bens. -  lower Bucks Cy)   give me a phone call.  If you got an Open House Flyer at the Allentown Meet, for my open house  my address should be on it.  If not, call me.  So, I will wait to hear from you !

Regards ! - Joe F
