You would assume that some people lack brain power to assest a dangerous situation, or in today's world, the CSX tankcar was intent on maining/killing this individual, a lawsuit will follow, what happened to personal accountability for their behavior, if they don't care about their personal safety maybe they should think about the first responders who will bagging their remains.

Turns out there is a "Report" feature on You tube, although none of the classifications really fit this idiot's behavior.  The closest one was "dangerous harmful act" IIRC.  I reported it and will let you know what, if anything, I hear back from You tube.
