O-Line (aka RMT) didn't come with TMCC, they are conventional only.  Is that what you want?  I just wondering why you don't want ERR?  My RMT GG1 is going to get the ERR upgrade so I can run it with my K-Line GG1.  I could send you the conventional guts when I do that, but that's won't be till mid next year at the soonest.

Sinclair, I'm seeking K-Line o.e.m. tmcc units because those are the modules which were intended, made for, and installed by K-Line in their tmcc equipped GG-1's and I'm assuming they'd therefore likely be both simpler to install and fit better in K-Line GG-1's rather than attempting to retrofit ERR's units into those K-Line locos. If this assumtion is incorrect, please tell me.

I actually purchased one of the K-Line GG1's when they were offered with a "kit" for upgrading to TMCC, and I installed it myself.

The so-called "kit" wasn't a module of any kind, rather, it required a complete disassembly of the engine that started with rebuilding the trucks, and then went on to replace just about everything else under the cab: lights, couplers, electronics, etc. If I recall correctly, it even required replacing screws.

It was by no means any kind of a "plug-and-play" upgrade. Further, it "featured" jackrabbit starts and severe braking that would often derail the cars behind it. The sound effects were, as I recall, minimal, as was the lighting control.

Do yourself a favor and upgrade to TMCC using an ERR kit or to PS3 using an MTH kit. The K-Line "kit" was so poorly designed as not to be worth the considerable effort required to install it.

Mine wasn't a kit, it came with everything already.  I can open it and take photos as I don't remember if it's just foam tape holding things in place, or if there are custom brackets and trays to hold things.  As for ease, IMHO, putting an ERR kit into one will not be any hard than putting the factory TMCC in it, based on my limited knowledge of the ERR kits.
