I have a new K-Line Cal Train F40PH, K2436-1001, I bought from a fellow forumite. The engine had never been unpacked.
I can run it in command mode and everything works except for RailSounds. I have tried feature reset following directions in K-Line owner booklet and I've insured I have the switch under the engine set to "RS" not "SS".
I don't have prior experience with K-Line diesels. Does anyone have any ideas about how to get my RailSounds to work? I have no horn, whistle, engine sounds, etc.
