I just visited their webpage. Looks like a great line of kits. Are they resin castings?

Their owner was great to me on a posting here a while back, where I was asking about the legalities of using existing building materials in my own line of kits. He was very kind and helpful.

I will probably start my own line eventually to offer kits of existing (or former) buildings in O scale, especially victorian churches and homes.

Nice to meet in Person at York, looks like you are off to a great start on that kit, looking forward to seeing your excellent details.

 

Our kits are made mostly form urethane resign, a "plastic" as wells as injected molded plastic, and laser cut materials such a micro plywood.  It depends on the kit.

Found some different use for the green wire supplied with the kit and the sliding door is ready.

Andre....as usual, expertly done.  I like the dark mortar as I think it is more accurate to a real structure.  Mortar tends to get darker over time and absorb pollutants in the air so your treatment looks like the real thing!

 

By the way, I would have liked to meet you at York...I was hoping to talk to you about some lights I am considering for my downtown area on the layout....perhaps in April??

I use aluminum mesh.

if you stretch it a little, give the wire appearance.

That is really taking shape, and that weathering is really eye catching.  The dark mortar gives it the right feel...looking forward to the final product. 

This looks awesome!  Love the scratch built dock door.

the building entrance was cover with cobblestones, no the irregular surface make the difference.
