As always your work is outstanding. Thank you for sharing.

I think what holds us Plywood central guys is having everything wired up correctly, not being able to envision the scene in advance, and procrastinating by just running trains.

Right now I am mired in a new construction method for making an elevated double track line over the layout from scratch....

Keep up the great work!

Side Bar Story

Hi Joey Ricard • My wife is from Ouray Colorado, which is the first city north of the Durango & Silverton area. The local call the drive, the Million Dollar Highway. I am a flat lander and every summer, we would drive this road. I had blisters on my hands from the car's steering wheel. The Rocky Mountains are beautiful, but if you are driving a mini van with three children and the wife, it can be a hard drive. Thanks, for sharing your videos of this area and RR skills

Thanks all,

That is a great story about your wife's area there. I have to admit that although the scenery on the train was wonderful - that bus ride back down that highway provided the views I was after. That was spectacular in every sense of the word.

Now instead of capturing the video image, here are the still images from just after that point in the video. The panorama is of my special techniques. I offer these prints and many like it on my other site (bottom link in my signature)
