The LCCA Switching Tracks Traveling Boxcar was in Nashville TN this past weekend visiting the historic Nashville Union Station hotel. The Louisville & Nashville Railroad opened this beautiful train terminal back in 1900 and operated until 1979. In 1986 this building was restored to its original beauty and became the talk of the ten again as an elegant hotel. One glory of the union station lobby is the 128 piece stained glass vaulted ceiling. We hope you enjoy these photos of this special car in a special place.
