Ups should deliver it tomorrow , sadly lionel has had my engine for over two weeks now and still has not touched it. Who knows if I'll ever get it back and be able to use the legacy system.

Cheer up, I am sure you have waited for the Legacy System for some time. This has to be good news for you. Your engine will probably be back before you know it.
I wonder if they got a flood of stuff after they reopened and are still catching up. I called on 8/1 and was surprised to get through and to have my repair take the normal amount of time.
I called today and they said it's still in line. Unknown when it will be worked on and done. Sounds like it's going to be another 2-3 weeks. Pretty annoying it is.
So here's a question, since I'll have the legacy control tomorrow and not an engine to use it, all I can pretty much do is connect it and set it up to the track? Am I able to do anything else like add my engine even though it's not here now. I also do not have the legacy module that came with the engine, sent that back with the engine
It would have been a snap with the module but yes you can enter it. select the ENG# you gave it, push info and add the information.
Be aware, Lionel most likely changed your ID so when the engine comes back you may have to re-ID it.
If you have conventional engines and a legacy PowerMaster, you can at least see how that set-up works for you.
