Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving!
I just went to the Edison Greenberg Show and purchased 3 Woodlands Scenic buildings. I was told that the LED's in each building can be operated straight from my ZW transformer's power - no additional electronic components needed. Has anyone wired these buildings? - if so, is it true the LED's can be wired straight from the ZW?

Paul, I wouldn't take that concept TOO literally. My opinion is, Woodland Scenics has prepared the LEDs to "just hook up to your ZW" by already providing a diode and likely a voltage regulator in the building for you at purchase. That would allow you to just "plug and play" these buildings.
Paul,I have a couple of those buildings,& yes you can hook them up to to track power,mine are hooked up to the accessory side of a KW that i have which supplies all of my buildings with lights.
Thanx for your confirmations, Gerald & D&H - I was a bit reluctant to wire them before getting some advice - lots have been posted about bridge rectifiers, diodes etc. when using LED's so I wanted to be sure.
