Lionel had alot of the Christmas items, and clocks and such on display. I was skeptical about a lot of these items but they all look really good. It seems the days of slapping Lionel's name on and item to get a buck maybe going away. It looks as if the item has to have some quality behind it. Very impressive.

Case in point, a pre production newspaper type bag was there. I was told that the sample was rejected because it didn't hold weight. It will be re-enforced before being produced.

Brian, I'm taking a look at the Thomas Kinkade rtr set. Not really expecting to much from the graphics as it is a passenger set. Did you happen to get a look at it while at York last week?

I'm not sure how Lionel would expand the train in the future but I do like the covered bridge too.
