Lionel Command control switches | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

On the Lionel command control switches is there a way to remove the separate hardwired hand operated switch throw device without effecting the operation of the switch, and if so could someone describe the process or point me in the right direction where I can find the info. thanks in advance for your help.

Flip the switch over, loosen the four screws for the wires. Loosen the clamp, and bend the other one slightly up. Remove the wire, tighten the clamp screw so you don't lose it, job done.
