I am in need of one section of o31 fastrack 11.25 degree 1/4 curve to finish the hookup between my two layouts. Does anyone have an extra they want to sell?

If not, get your bandsaw out and make one from a 1/2 or whole curve section. 
Lionel hasn't made them yet.

It's still Nov '14 on the shipping schedule. Like gunrunnerjohn said, make your own from a full curve.
Look in the appendix of the LCCA Modular specifications for a how to. You take out the center and keep the ends. copy attached.
The remaining roadbed should 3.04 inches long along the center rail.

If you run FasTrack I recommend the purchase of a Rockwell X2 Portable Table Saw for making all the different kinds of custom track pieces you will ever need. The Blade Runner makes perfect custom FT sections to any size and curvature you need. If you are a Vet it will cost you $89.00 at Lowes. If you plan on running FT for a life time it's a great investment.
