Lionel mallet with US tender,

Hello all,

I am interested in purchasing a Lionel mallet steam engine with the US designated tender. Could anyone please tell me what the US marking on a tender ment, World War 1 issue? What would be a good price to buy a new or like-new 1 for?

By the way I believe it was issued in 2012 and could you please provide the item number.
