Machine to make O Gauge size Laminations

Ladies & Gents,

I am looking for a tool that can make stencil letter laminations, for our O gauge engines & rolling stock, is there such a tool, and where can I acquire one. I would think some one has invented a and held gun type tool that can make appropriate stencil lettering for our O gauge trains.

Dave,

There's a thread in the 2-rail scale side. It's about piggy back TOFC. The OP covered making signs and decals. He gave a good explanation. I hope this helps.
