It's easy. Sell some land in 2006 to the City of Montreal, bank the money, watch as the city builds a park, come back 8 years later and bulldoze the park (on land you don't own) and set up a staging area to build tracks--on land you no longer own.
Oh, by the way they will remover their stuff my the mid of next week. Very casual, eh?
Does CP ever update its records or maps? Makes me wonder if this just happens or they are really trying to generate negative publicity. Looks like they will be persecuted (for lack of approvals) and possibly sued.
